Daken (Akihiro) is a fictional character who exists in the Marvel Comics Universe, and was born a mutant. Daken is the son of Wolverine and Itsu, Wolverine's Japanese wife.

I think the body is actually union jack, mainly because of the hands and wrist bands/ankle bands. not bad, dremel out the head a lil to make it more flush and it would look really good

Very good. Nevertheless I think you had a problem with the neck/head sizes. The neck is too long. Try cuting the neck a little above the "V" mark (tendons) and then fixing the head so that the chin level is the same as the middle of the "V" in the neck.
