Hi everyone, Renmauzo here with custom no. 27, Casshern - The Robot Hunter, the second in my recently started TvsC line! I've got a second version of him on the way with a bit of a different recipe, but this one is as follows: I started with a DC Avalanche base, swapped the head out for a Sota Fei Long head, and grabbed the helmet from a Battlestar Galactica figure which I modded with fodder and epoxie. I'm not sure where the thrusters came from, but probably from a Macross plane, and pegged them in at the hip. The triangle collar is all epoxie, and the linework on the suit is all freehand. After some primer and paint, we have Casshern, who is my favorite Tatsunoko character and awesome in Capcom's crossover game. Thanks Freddie, I appreciate the look at my work, and yes, the helmet is removeable. I have to say, your paint apps are always brilliant, so I can only endeavor to try matching your quality of work; it will take a while, but I'll be able to hang with the big kids one of these days. Thanks for the inspiring work, and I'll keep doing my best to bring the good stuff.

I'm not familiar with this character, but I think he looks brilliant! the white is just PERFECT! the use of the helmet (is that removeable?) great custom all around! REALLY EYE CATCHING TO ME

Actually, I didn't do any crazy posing pics because I've got the flu and just wanted to get the pics taken while I had a moment where my head wasn't clouded over with fever, but yes he's easy to pose and yes, the mask is removeable. Friender is coming with the next version, and yep, you guessed it, I'm using a Green Lantern body on the next, but he won't be the movie version sorry to say; I was asked to make another TvsC version. Pretty cool, but the base figure seems like it makes him difficult to pose. But I have a few questions. Is the mask removable? Where's the dog? I think your new version will be with a dcuc body, and possibly the movie version?
