I found a Man Bat figure in a clearance bin at a comic convention and thought with a little work, I could finally have the Sauron figure Hasbro keeps denying all of us. He is the reason the Avengers got back together after "Disassembled".
First step was to get rid of Man Bat's head along with all the fur on his arms, legs, back, and chest. Then a re-sculpted Ultimate Lizard head was added along with a torn lab coat made from Doc Ock's lab coat. Then a full repaint from head to toe in Citadel paints. Even painted all the veins on his wings which really make this figure enormous in size.
