I am trying to attempt something new with each custom and for this one it was sculpting. Using Aves Apoxie I cut the tongue in half and resculpted that to give it the whipping effect. I also sculpted in new teeth and claws.
It was then just a matter of a new paint job. The main body was actually base coated Midnight Blue, with a wash of black and then a dry brush of white. I needed to change the color... it was purple fer cryin' out loud! Multiple layers were also used on the teeth, claws, web and eyes. I also added the white patches to the back of the hands.
