My brother did the whole Royal Flush Gang from Batman beyond. Ace all the way thru ten have been done.

This he is Ace. Ace was a super strong huge robot that acted as the muscle for the Royal Flush Gang. Ace started as a Batman but after some layer of sculpty and beefing up we have Ace.
