I am very aware that ya'll might make fun of me for these - but I don't care. I believe that NECA figures are pretty much untouchable -- except for the absolutely crud figures they released of Twilight. They are prototyping them and marketing them WAY to fast in my opinion. The Edward packaging even had spelling errors on it! Sad stuff.
So, I decided to make them -- I didn't even make Ryan suffer by asking him to choose base bodies, I did it all by myself.
Edward is a splice of Spike, and a Mr. Fantastic head sanded down like crazy and sculpted. It worked amazing, it was the strangest thing ever to paint this figure and watch it look more and more like Edward aka Robert Pattinson. My dad was over this weekend & when he saw the WIP he asked me what store I bought it from! Little ego boost even if it was just my dad saying it. Lol.
