Just used a cheap wrestling figure (I don't follow wrestling, so I am not sure who). The head is from one of the Rocky figures. All of the skin was coated in sculpey, textured, and scarred. Mask was made of clay. The cape is from a ML Series 10 Black Panther, and the the straps are PVC Tape.
