Justin Hammer. The wrinkled rival to Tony Stark. Made out of a codebreaker figure. retooled head and added hot glue hair. Removed the shirt sleeves.

The cigarette holder was made from a piece of a safety pin, coated in hot glue with the end scraped off for the cigarette. full paint.
