I always loved Kylun as a kid, but decided it was time for an update. Used a XMC Stealth Beast (Cat Face Variant) as a base. Gave it a craft foam tunic and a PVC tape belt. Swords were made from scratch using metal from hanging file folders and PVC tape. The handguards are made from the white plastic from the top of Tic Tac containers. Full paint, and you have a tougher looking Kylun.

yeah, he never was. we usually try to stay close to comic accurate on figures, but I just wanted something new and had the stealth cat face beast sitting around with nothing planned. in retrospect, I could have used it for sublime, but too late now. I thought about the X3 Beast recipe, but then thought excalibur needed a team brute until we get around to making an excalibur juggernaut.

I Like the figure. Kylun was one of my favorites growing up too. I just don't remember him looking that feline.
