He was made from a Longshot figure. His psychic blasts were made from a Gambit's explosive cards. Painted with High Quality Games Workshop Citadel paints.

LOL, that is so funny with the pic of Professor X crawling on the ground because I remember him doing that in the cartoon. I remember the outfit too. Good job.
