I wanted To make a tourist Joker Not Too much like A comic but more movie style. Because in Hawaii There Are Suit & Tie Offices & there are Casual Office wear which consist of an Aloha shirt/Hawaiian Print Shirt ,Black Or Khaki Slacks & Dress Shoes. I always thought tourist that dresses like that where interesting because they would wear the most obnoxious colors then walk around like what wheres your Aloha shirt. Thats when you have that smile & nod moment with another complete stranger. Well what if that Clown with the loud Aloha Shirt was actually the Joker on vacation .
