Was messing around with a small joes Snake Eyes, when his hand broke at the pin going into the arm. Not happy at the time, but I got looking at some stuff, noticed a Legends Fury on the shelf, and thought, “Why not?” After about 30 minutes with a dremel, a SW Mace Windu figure, Sabretooth's trenchcoat, a fine point black sharpie, and some electrical tape, I give you my small Joes size Ultimates Nick Fury! He actually came out relatively recognizable, I think!
