Started with the SMC Ultimate Doc Ock, took off the awful tentacles and the gigantic backpack. Drilled out holes in his back and added some Sentinel tentacles with the claws from the original arms. He is able to stand on the tentacles without a base now. at full height, he is about 10 inches.
