Spider-Man + 2 Secret identity SM arms + 2 5" Elektro Spark SM arms + Nightcrawler X1 feet. Hands were cut and claws sculpted. Head was cut to separate the maxilla and then reattached in a open mouth position with the help of some epoxy dough. Teeth were made out of paper and then vinyl polish was applied to make them more resistant.
