Here's a Marvel Legend you'll never see on the shelves! Blue Shield, aka Joe Cartelli, is a D-list superhero who's worked at Project:Pegasus and the Initiative.
For this figure, I used a box set DD head and a Taskmaster body. For the shield emblems, I initially used white plastic tops from spray cans. These were too thick and didn't contour to the body, so I turned to my old favourite, label tape (doubled). The small shield is from the Invisible Woman, and the big one is a plastic iron container.
