STORM SHADOW was a very easy custom. I used a 12" STORM SHADOW from Valor vs Venom and threw a winter ski patrol outfit on him from an Ultimate Soldier figure. Added a cobra emblem to the chest and gave STORM SHADOW a pair of swords.
