Started with a ML Face Off Captain America. Gave him HML Two Pack Nick Fury's legs. And the HML Two Pack Captain America belt and shield. Arms are from ML Series 11 Wonderman with the gauntlets shaved off and replaced with shrink tubing. Head is from a DCUC Black Lightning with glasses sculpted on and a PVC Tape hat. Paint and done.
