It's Ness, the main character from the Super NES cult-classic EarthBound. This was the first of a set of all four main characters of EarthBound . It was made using the same method as my Lucas figure (13551), only this time using original legs.
Ness brings back memories for sure; what a great character, and you captured his likeness well. Just curious, did the paint app give you trouble? Great work as usual with the Nintendo characters! -Renmauzo
