Here I took a Hawkman, transplanted the lower legs and head from Red tornado. The forehead is ApoxieSculpt as well as the belt buckle. The cape however is unique even to ME. I always use these pull through capes. I like the fabric so much better than the vinyl rubber, they fold very neatly when prepped right and pulled through strategically cut holes in the body. This cape however has the extra collar up top. This is 2 ply fabric. I place 2 sided tape on the fabric, then fold over and make my cut for the collar, then I cut the rest of the cape from the slack. The collar can be bent into shape and holds well.
