I simply love this figure. All I did was give him a tie from DC Direct Black Mask, repainted to red and a head and flower from DC Direct Hush Joker. The lips and eyes were also repainted. The gun is from DC Direct Mad Hatter, the cane was from the Mattel Joker and finally the hammer was from the DC Universe Classics Harley-Quinn.

That face is just crazy, but in a good way. I like that final photo with the hammer.
