One of my alltime favorite characters, Jubilation is a ML X-23. Her hair, gloves, and hands are all custom-sculpted from Aves Fixit-Sculpt, and her jacket is cloth with craft foam for the collar. Her shades are blister pack plastic colored with a Sharpie.

Believe it or not, she was one of the top reasons I watched the X-men cartoon! I love her, good stuff!

that's awesome... I'm thinkin of makin another jubilee coz the 1st one 1 made is missing..
I don't know what happened.. maybe she ran away when I completed the Sentinel figure...
