This was a very easy one. Found the new Iceman figure and had to make him into Dr. Manhattan. Just painted on his bottoms and used a fine tip pen for the forehead and eyes. Not too much to him, but I really like him.

Take an exacto knife and heat it up then cut out toes that way they are transparent
