I wanted an Ultimate Universe version of the Punisher that didn't look like the regular Marvel Universe Punisher, so I focused on what makes the Punisher so terrifying. This is basically just a repaint of a Black Panther figure. I dremmeled off the cat ears and added the ammo packs on the front. Painted him up, and KABLOOEY! A new, frightening Punisher! Enjoy!
I had no idea there was a character who actually wore the skullface mask like that. I had seen the video game with the face paint skull, but had no idea about the Suicide Run series... I had quit reading Punisher by that point.
