This is a Siniteen Jedi but his name remains unknown. I was inspired to do this custom when I saw a similar Siniteen Jedi on a custom website and I thought it looked pretty cool so I went to the store the next day and I picked up the Pons Limbic figure. The recipe is a Saesee Tinn torso and I put the original head, arms, legs, and his gun holster on and put a brown cloth skirt on and gave him a Rahm Kota lightsaber and there you go, my Siniteen Jedi.
