I started with a Chris Redfield Fig (was gonna do a complete repaint but time is not kind):
WWE head (Ron Simmons) lite dremel to get it to fit
When I got the figure in the first place right out the packaging the right hand fell off. My luck I guess.
Right hand is from a unknown digimon figure hollowed out to fit over nub (also future weapons thus the metallic bionic look)
Lite sanding for the metal look using temper model paints
Same for the left arm except I used black gloss on the neck area and arm for a bulletproof look.
