Did this one before I managed to get hold of a reasonably priced factory made one. Used a sandtrooper cut a hand off turned it round and glued it back on then switched the head out for a Han one. The helmet doesn't go on unfortunately. Other than it being the opposite way round to the factory one as seen in second picture I think it's pretty close.
