Steampunk Titanium Man: Retrotech Armor Custom Action Figure

I really disliked the Green color of the original figure (given the Red/Communist background of the character). I thought I'd Kremlin-him up a bit with red Vallejo paint and numerous washes and detailing.

From conversations I had with a Russian immigrant kid in high school art class, I got the impression much of the old military technology they had was rusted out, or not well kept unless it was brand new. Applying this theory to a Soviet Titanium man, I gave him a variety of gunmetal, brass, and gold detailing, topped with Citadel Sepia and Flesh Wash to generate a retro, rusted, almost steampunk effect.

I also modified a ML Iron Man Wall display stand by removing all of the Ultron corpses, sculpting over the holes, and painting everything in gunmetal with similar rush-effect washes.
