I started with a Black "S" Superman figure which I yanked the cape & head off. I then glued the Ultimate WW2 Captain America unmasked head to the fugure. Repainted everything, used molding putty to create the hair ankle wings & shoulder pieces. Finally I cut the cloak & made the belt & wristbands....*Update!! The cape & wristband material never allowed the paint to dry. So I yanked them off & replaced with thin leather animal collar cut to size & painted them. While I was redoing him, I added the wings to his outfit & repainted his face for that cold intense Namor glare. Personally, I'm much more Happy with him. Give me your thoughts.
