This is the Basic Marvel Legens WW2 Cap with a lot of repainting. He had no utility belt so I robbed pieces from here & there, addeded the machine gun & glued the flame to the end for the firing. Re-painted the boots & gloves more of a leather red, just personal choice to add the lacings to the boots as kind of an Ultimates tribute as well as the strap on Caps helmet( as well as Cap methos comic cover). Even though they show Rogers with a crew cut back then, I added the hair to fill some odd looking areas that I didn't like. The Shield I added the bullet marks & burned the burn smuges with a lighter to give it a Battlefield effect since it's not the Adamantium/Vibrainium shield. I'm pretty happy with it.
