Captain Planet Custom Action Figure

I wanted to make this guy right from the get-go. Very simple recipe; I took a variant superman's head, swapped and painted it, then replaced bullseyes lower arms with an ML twin pack mr fantastic. Add a lot of blues and slap some red underwear on the outside and voila! oh and I replaced the sculpted belt with a painted ruber band at the last second.
