Ok....after much work I present the green goblin (Movie Version) I call this figure "The death of spiderman" and it was an interesting learning experiance making him.
Started out with a movie version of the green goblin and had to cut channels in his legs up to his torso, chisel out part of his torso and cut a channel down his arm for the wires to go to the skull. Skull is from Ghostrider with putty making up spidermans mask. He can be removed from the glider as I used pins to make the contacts for the lights. Finally epoxy the channels and tried to match the armour grooves and paint.
