Obviously is an ultimate (or better ...personal) variant with removable armour.
Recipe:
body: a Tortured Soul figure (with light changes);
head : Silver Surfer 6.50 Toy Biz (pre Legends);
upper part of armour: from Apocalypse 5^inch Toy Biz;
vest part on lower armour : is a cut vest from Wrestler Hulk Hogan Toy Biz;
balls on armour: cut from an accessory of an Xmen movie figure (Magneto??- part of track?);
handle on the head: is an handle of Leonida's (300) shield.
Curiosity: I never understood why the original character have the same color of head skin and armour so I differential that parts (magenta/fucsia on the skin and metal red on armour and vest).
