I did this one once for my Zombies VS Robots Diorama. Just a simple repaint of a Austin Powers Figure with a random skull. The gory stuff was made with hot glue.
The bot head was made out of a deodorant plug with some wires.
To be honest, I like the diorama pieces a whole lot more than the figure, especially the robot's head. I do like the paint job on the zombie's suit, but the head doesn't do it for me.
