Needed a magneto. Went with the idea from the 90's cartoon when magneto was sitting all depressed in a fortress after loosing Asteroid M. Used the collar from wrall left over from figure skeletor. Dry Brushing and some straps from Mr. Sinister's cape and there you go
I remember that episode,were magneto has to team up with beast,forge,mr sinister and a few other to take down the phalanx
