This one has been finished for quite a long time....
Anyway, it is pretty much the same recipe everyone uses. SMC Ultimate Lizard cleaned up a little. Wings are from annihulus. They were trimmed quite a bit and attached wrist to elbow because I didn't like the look when they were just attached at the wrist. This makes it look a bit more like how Legends have don the wings (falcon, vulture). The head was sculpted with sculpey. Full paint
