I just saw the issue of the old man wolverine where the red skull was victorious on killing captain america and he wore his torn mask and uniform. well I had this red skull custom a while back that was eating dust in my old shelf and I thought I should re-do him. sculpted a new head and a removable captain america mask. I made the head of the red skull bigger which made the mask large as well (stretched out). then I game him a new tailored wardrobe hehe...
