"Release the hounds!" Uh, sorry- wrong bad guy! LOL. Here's my rendition of the Mighty Monarch: Dr. Venture's "Greatest" enemy. He's a Parachute Spidey head 2 toe w/apoxie making up the face, crown, shoes and chest piece. The wings are cardboard, the wrist things are from Blk Widow, and the shoulder pads from Terry Kanyon.
