I did this custom for my Brother. I used his Killing Joke Batman, cut the pointy ears & wrist spikes off. Then repainted the cape, cowel, legs, boots & gloves Black. Next after painting the red tunic I detailed his face, & exacto knifed off the belt cylinders & buckel. The chest harness is Ultimates Nick Fury's Belt harness cut into single strips. The Chest Disc is part of the inner neck disc units, & the belt buckle is from a Red Skull figure. After finishing my repaints, I superglued the cylinders where I wanted them. The colapsable staff in his hand is just a wood dowel painted. Tell me what you think. I appreciate the feedback.
