I was reading some trade paperbacks at the book store on my lunchbreak, came across Barracuda, and decided to make him. Punisher villains never really last long, but this dude gave Frank a run for his money. Anyway, I used Marv with Thor arms, dremelled down the nose and forehead and got rid of the hair and fingers.
