This Karnak was put together using the upper body of a Leader, the loin cloth of an Elektra, and the legs of a Xorn. I heavily modified Leader's massive melon and resculpted it along with bracers and waistline with Aves Apoxie Sculpt. The rest is just Goblin Green and Skull White paint from Game's Workshop sealed with a matte sealer.
