It´s a very famous spanish comic character called El Capitan Trueno (Captain Thunder) He is becoming the protagonist of a real actor´s movie not very late. His adventures are similar to Prince Valiant or so.

I used Aragorn body and head, Gandalf arms from elbow to hand and movie Spiderman legs to give this look of silver mesh. Then painted.

Having a picture to compare to is helpful. He looks dead on, I'm surprised it only took two days to shave the beard off.
