Planet Hulk Custom Action Figure

This is my 8th custom figure the Planet Hulk. The helmet and shoulder spikes were purely sculpted. The challenging part was the helmet. I cast the size of his head with clay (using this idea to make the helmet fit to his head)then apply and sculpt the epoxy. After the epoxy was completely dried I heated it with a blower to make the clay melt and removed the cast helmet... and finished! The shield was made from a PVC pipe cut into halves, and sculpted the shield pattern. I've used some belt's to make the straps of his shoulder spikes and painted it with light leather color... and that's it!!! enjoy;-)
