This was made from a GI JOE Rise of the Cobra Zartan. The head was re-sculted with hair for Egon Spangler and the second head for Pete Venkman was also sculpted after the hat was removed. The proton pack was from several pieces in my fodder bin. The lamppost in the background was from a Spider-man 2 figure.
