Took Power Rangers "Nasty Knight" figure and Dremeled away the dragon on his shoulders, then added various horns and spikes all over the head and body. Hammer and shield were pieced together from other accessories (Power Rangers and GI Joe, mostly). The entire thing was painted metallic black and a cape was made from a prop bow tie.
