Hey all!
Got a request for a Marvel Universe/Joe-scale Dark Knight. I had just bought a Duke and loved the armor and thought he could be a Batman, except hels as skinny as an 11-year-old kid. Saw Heavy Duty and that did it.
I shaved the Joe eagle off, sculpted the bat on his chest and the guantlets, and shaved down the bloused pants and sculpted boots. Next, I sculpted the mask onto HD's face.
Initially I thought I'd swap heads, but his face sculpt actually matches better to Bale's face structure than the heads I was thinking of using. Plus they all seemed to be too small. Added a nice cloth cape, using my fabric sealer technique to allow the cape to hold some creases. Painted where it was necessary. Comments welcome!! Fitz
