This is my fave custom so far and only my 5th one! I used the Electro head left over from my Sunfire custom and sculpted the costume detail with Apoxie Sculpt onto Mr Fantastic's body. Used a much darker blue mix this time and it worked great - really lets the yellow pop. Skull cap 'X' was another sticky dot and coat it pinched from Bladeas I had no brown ones in my fodder bin.
