Hello!

I use for this custom some scratch ... for the head it's completely molding in sculpey
and for the body I use an old anime figure that I don't remember they name, but that
is the less important because all the body is re-scalped with epoxy in black color.

hands come from DC Etrigan figure
raincoat from ultimate nick fury I don't like it very much but does the work well.

I love this old silent film and you really did Count Orlock justice. Max Von Schreck was so a creepy and you captured the likeness perfectly. Great job on this.
