The next figure to be introduced into my Black Lantern Corps, Hawkman; who made his first appearance in the last page of Blackest Night #2. We only get one shot of him so I had to take some liberties with how he was designed below the chest, using panterns found in the other Black Lantern costumes.
I started with a normal DCU Hawkman figure and removed the lower part of his face. Replaced it with the lower face of a Legendary Comic Heroes Judge Death. Then the next hard part....cutting up the fings to give them the tattered appearance found in the comic. Lots of patience but a nice result. Then just used some sculpting for his chest armor and the ring. Finished up with a paint job and another Black Lantern done.
