I know there've been a lot of Conan's based off this guy but my intent was to experiment with trying my own blend of skin tone (usually I just use a store-bought color) ... this time I went with part skin tone as a base, added red, buttermilk, and golden brown, to give him a bit of a tan. Also decided to remove his leg sidearm short sword and covered it with sculpted muscle.
Lastly, I never liked Conan in a skirt, and felt that fur was kinda restricting... once I removed the skirt I kinda liked it as-is. My wife asked "Why is Conan wearing Speedo's?" and hence "Speedo Conan" was born!
Oh yeah, forgot that I modified his sword. His scabbard is attached via a rubber band and I glued strips from his original straps onto it.
