Shaved down Captain America's head, hands, and feet. Augmented the rest of the body with various lego pieces cut up and glued the figure. Minor sculpting and a lot of painting. The tubes are rubber tubes from some lego set. Some random pieces of scrap plastic were also used to get the right texture in areas.
